Split Dimension was set up by Lindsey Hall in 2006 and became a Limited Company in October 2007. Lindsey is an Occupational Health Professional with 20 years experience in different areas of industry and commerceHaving worked within industry at Commonwealth Smelting Limited and Rolls-Royce, he became the Occupational Health Adviser to Phoenix NHS Trust between 1994 and 1998. He then went on to become National Occupational Health Manager for the Environment Agency between 1998 and 2004, before being appointed to the role of Head of Nursing Services for AXA PPP Healthcare Occupational Health Services until August 2006. As part of the Senior Management Team at AXA, he was responsible for providing services to large financial institutions, Government agencies, logistics, retail, IT and Media. Split Dimension Ltd specialises in providing consultancy services to large and small organisations across the UK in occupational health strategy, audit, procurement, service design and absence and attendance management. We also provide OH services directly to a number of smaller organisations in Bristol and the South West.
